Acceptance of Conditions. Ordering with us constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect at the time you place your order. If you do not accept these terms and conditions you must not place an order.

Refunds: If you are unhappy with your order, please notify us straight away. We aim to resolve all reasonable complaints with minimum further inconvenience. We reserve the right to resolve your complaint in any one or more of the following ways; by replacing the item / items you were unhappy with, by issuing a proportionate reduction or refund for the item / items you were unhappy with, by fully refunding the cost of the item / items you were unhappy with. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate, reasonable and proportionate method considering the nature of your complaint.
Cancelling or amending your order: If you would like to cancel your order, please call within 5 minutes of placing the original order to receive a full refund. Please call us (rather than email) when requesting a cancellation. As per the Distance Selling Regulation (Regulation 13) your order is perishable and a cooling off period for cancellation unfortunately does not apply.
Waiting times: At the time of placing your order, we will provide our best estimate of the expected waiting time using all of the information we have at the time. However, this must only be considered as an estimate and the actual waiting time may vary considerably due to circumstances which are unforseen or outside of our control. It will not normally be possible for us to notify you in advance when your order is running late. If you are unhappy with the increased waiting time, please contact us and we will cancel the order and provide a full refund of any payment already made.
Allergies & Intolerances: Please notify us DIRECTLY if you have any serious allergies or intolerances. Although we provide indications of ingredients in our recipes which may cause allergic reactions, we regret that we are UNABLE TO GUARANTEE that no trace amounts of further allergens will be present or that no cross contamination will occur during our cooking and preparation.
